Taxes, usage, and negotiated terms can affect the final quote, which checkout confirms. Internet-based calling has emergency-calling limitations; read the emergency calling notice before you buy.

Straight answers before checkout.

What is a seat?

A seat is a licensed user who can sign in, register a softphone, and use the workspace. Essentials and Professional start at three seats. Call Centers starts at ten.

What does a phone number cost?

Each phone number is $4.95 per month. The pricing calculator adds numbers to the seat total, and checkout confirms the final quote.

Do annual and three-year terms change the rate?

Yes. Annual and three-year terms use the contract rate, about 20 percent below the monthly list price. The calculator shows the total for the term you pick. Promotional credits apply only when checkout shows them.

What is on Call Centers that is not on Professional?

Call Centers adds queues, live operations, analytics, QA, scheduled reporting, and AI agents when the module is enabled. Professional is the integration tier, with recording, API keys, Integration Hub, and webhooks.

Which countries do you support?

Phone numbers, calling, and SMS are currently available in the United States. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Contact sales before you buy if your team or customers are elsewhere.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Usually, yes. You can request a port during sign-up. Number porting moves a number from your current carrier and typically takes one to four weeks, depending on that carrier. Keep your current service active until the port completes.

Do I need to register to send business SMS?

Yes. Carriers require business text messaging to be registered before traffic is accepted, for example 10DLC brand and campaign registration in the United States. Registration usually takes several business days and can be rejected if the use case is unclear. Calling works while registration is pending.

Can I call emergency services?

Emergency calling has important limitations on internet-based phone service. It can fail during power, internet, or service outages and may not send your location automatically. Do not rely on Callfora as your only way to reach emergency services. Read the emergency calling notice before you sign up.
