1.How to make a request

Email support@callfora.com and tell us who you are, what you want (access, correction, deletion, a copy, objection, or withdrawal of consent), and which service or website the request is about. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, to protect your data.

If your data is in a customer's workspace (for example you were a caller or a contact of one of our customers), the customer decides what happens to it. We will pass your request to that customer and tell you who it was sent to.

4.If you are not satisfied

You can complain to a data protection authority: in India, the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating; in the EEA, your national supervisory authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in other countries, the regulator named in the relevant regional guide. You do not have to use our process first.

5.Requests we may decline

We may decline or limit a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive, that would reveal another person's data, that conflicts with a legal duty to keep records, or that concerns data we hold only as a processor for a customer (in which case we refer you to the customer).
