Callfora quality assurance scoring and flagged calls for review

Guide

Record calls responsibly

Recordings help with training, quality, and disputes. They are also personal data. A few rules keep recording useful and lawful.

Real Callfora QA view. Recording is on Professional and above and must follow notice and consent rules.

Notice and consent

Rules differ by country and state. Some places require every party to agree to recording. A short announcement at the start of the call is the common way to give notice. Check the rules where you and your callers are.

Who can listen

Limit access to people who need recordings, such as supervisors and quality reviewers, and keep recordings with the call record instead of in personal downloads.

How long to keep them

Keep recordings only as long as you need them for the purpose you told callers about, then delete them. Write the retention period down.

Using recordings for coaching

Pair recordings with dispositions and a simple scorecard so reviews are consistent. Share good examples, not only problems.
